Digital Marketing Manager

One of our Clients, a SaaS Based (Fleet & Transportation Management Solution) Company in Central Jakarta, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager position with the qualifications below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, or technology companies, with team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing, including performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and branding.
• Proven ability to execute data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, email, social media, WhatsApp, push notifications); CRM experience is a plus.
• Highly data-driven, with experience managing key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving scalable growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
