One of our Clients, a SaaS Based (Fleet & Transportation Management Solution) Company in Central Jakarta, is looking for a Finance Operations Senior Manager position with the qualifications below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated Experience Working in a SaaS-Based Business or Technology-Driven Company.
• Min. 5 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, with Strong hands-on exposure to Billing Processes, including at least 2 years in a people management or managerial role.
• Demonstrated Expertise in Finance Operations Systems, including ERP platforms, Billing Systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Proven leadership capability with experience in managing, developing, and performance-monitoring finance operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, particularly with commercial and business teams.
• Track record of driving operational improvements, such as enhancing billing accuracy, reducing accounts receivable aging, and improving collection effectiveness.
