Requirements:

• Min. 5 years in a Managerial Role with Strong Leadership Experience

• Solid background in HRGA (HR + General Affairs)

• Experience in a Startup Environment is highly preferred

• Strong in Organizational & People Development, Talent Development, and Performance Management System

• A People Person who can Lead, Mentor, and Inspire teams

• Strategic Thinker with Hands-On Execution Ability

• Comfortable working closely with Top Management / C-Level
