CNC Shop Floor Manager

Open position for CNC Shop Floor Manager for a Precision Engineering Company in Bandung.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

• Minimum 7 years of Experience in CNC Manufacturing Operations, including a Managerial Role in an AS9100-Certified Aerospace Environment.

• Experience Managing External Manufacturing Vendors and Machine Shop Outsourcing.

• Proven Experience Leading an AS9100 External Certification Audit.

• Strong Knowledge of 3-axis, 5-axis, and Multi-Tasking CNC Machines, Engineering Drawings, and Aerospace GD&T.

• Commercial Mindset with Experience in Vendor Evaluation, Cost Negotiation, and SLA Management.

• Solid Understanding of Aerospace Regulatory Compliance and Manufacturing Traceability.
