Key Account Manager

We're Looking for a Key Account Manager for a Wellness & Health Retail Group Company in West Jakarta.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Senior Sales, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Beauty, Health Food, or Supplement industries.

3. Strong track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

4. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

5. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop effective account strategies and identify growth opportunities.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

8. Highly organised, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

9. Sales Managers with relevant experience from FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies are welcome to apply.
