Sales Manager

Share with you a Sales Manager position for a Toys Exhibition Company - Surabaya,

with Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of Experience in Sales, with 2 years at the Supervisor Level with a Focus on B2B, Retail, Exhibition, FMGC

• Experience Working in the Children's Toy Industry, FMGC, Telco, and Cigarettes is Highly Preferred

• Understand Sales Trade Patterns, Store Incentive Systems, Loyalty programs, and Territory Area Strategies, Familiar with Digital Systems

• Deep Understanding of Local and International Markets, as well as Regulations related to Export-Import

• Have Good Analytical Skills to Identify Business Opportunities and Market Strategies

• Have a Leadership Spirit and be Able to Work Under Pressure with High Targets

• Results-oriented and Have High Initiative

• Willing to take Non-Weekend Holidays
