Internal Control Jr. Manager

We're Looking for an Internal Control Jr. Manager for a Wellness & Health Retail Group Company in West Jakarta.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields.

3. Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-branch operations is highly preferred.

4. Strong understanding of Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management, SOP, Compliance, and Business Process Improvement.

5. Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

6. Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

7. High attention to detail, with strong integrity, objectivity, and assertiveness.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

9. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
