We're Looking for a MarCom Jr. Manager for a Wellness & Health Retail Group Company in West Jakarta.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL, Brand Activation, Event, Promotion, or Marketing Communication, preferably at a supervisory level.
Proven experience managing mall and outdoor events/activations, including vendor and agency management.
Experience in partnership or joint promotion with banks or financial institutions is highly preferred.
Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, hands-on, and able to work with targets and dynamic deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
