Assisting one of our Clients, a Luxury Boutique Hotel & Resort in Jakarta for a Director of Operations position with the requirements below:

• A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Years of Experience in Hospitality Management, with a Background in FO or FB, and several years in Management Roles.

• Experience Handling Multiple Properties in Boutique Hotel/Resort or Independent Hospitality Brand.

• Proven Ability to Lead and Motivate a Large Team.

• Strong in Operations with Experience in the Development and Execution of Operational Strategies Aligned with Business Goals and Market Positioning.

• Proven Ability in Strategic Planning for Future Growth, Operational Improvements, and Expansion.

• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Crisis Management Skills
