Assisting one of our Clients, a Fleet & Transportation Management Solution Company in Jakarta, for the Operation Manager position with the requirements below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management 

• Strong Data Analytics and Big Data Management for Business Operation Insights

• Having Experience in Automotive Tyre and Oils is a Plus

• Proven Ability to Implement Process Improvement Initiatives

• Strong Knowledge of Warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Hands-on with Warehouse Management Software and Databases

• Strong Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills

• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership Skills
