Operation Manager Logistics

This position will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational goals and improve performance.

• Handling Operation Teams with Unions.

• Handling Massive Production of Consumer Goods Products in Plant.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Available to be placed in Cikarang.
