Open for the Personal Assistant to CEO position for Our Client, One of the Leading Companies in Coating Solutions and Multiple Products in the Marine and Shipping Industry in Central Jakarta with requirements:
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or other related major.
• Min. 3-5 years Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar position with Experience or Exposure in HRGA roles.
• Experience in Project Leadership or Project Management is preferred.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other productivity tools.
• Able to Work Multitasking and Handling Tasks with Tight Deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, Proactive, and High Initiative.
• Able to Maintain the Confidentiality of the Company’s Strategic Information.
• Flexible and Willing to Work Outside Working Hours if needed.
