• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or other related field.

• A Dynamic and Adaptable Individual who Thrives in Fast-Paced and Changing Environments. 

• Available for placement in Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan with a highly mobile and flexible to travel frequently to oversee operations across different regions.

• Proven Experience as a Sales Manager, Preferably in a National or Regional Role.
• Strong Leadership Skills with the Ability to Build, Manage, and Motivate High-Performing Sales Teams.
• Results-Driven and Target-Oriented, with a demonstrated Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Goals.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Strategic Thinker who can Analyze Market Trends and Adapt Strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other Sales-Related Software.
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English; Proficiency in Additional Languages is a Plus.
