One of our Clients, an IT Based Company is looking for Senior IT Project Manager with Job Responsibilities and Qualifications as below:
Job Responsibility:
Take details client brief and clarify specific requirements of each project to the internal team
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives and timeline
Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Create practical innovations to improve project management team efficiencies and effectiveness
Empower team member to achieve their career development
Ability to handle underperformers
Provide strategies and planning related to project management improvement
Manage relationships with clients and other external parties
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or other relevant fields of study
5+ years of project management experience, including tracking, planning projects, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
Excellent experience in project management methodology, Agile, scrum, PHP, etc
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation in English and Bahasa), and interpersonal skills
Advance level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/ or Senior LeadershipÂ
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities (analytical and problem-solving skill)
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
