Finance Controller

We want to share with you the Finance Controller (Jakarta Base) position for One of the Leading Companies in Coating Solutions and Multiple Products in the Marine and Shipping Industry with the following requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

• Min. 5 years of Progressive Experience in Financial Management or a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in financial controlling, accounting principles, and taxation regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to support organizational goals.

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and financial systems for improved efficiency and reliability.

• Strong Collaboration, Leadership, and Team Development Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Software and ERP systems; ability to recommend and optimize software tools to enhance financial processes.

• Advanced analytical capabilities for evaluating financial data and providing actionable insights for decision-making. 

• Fluent in Written and Spoken English; Proficiency in Additional Languages is a Plus.
