Finance Operation Manager

One of our Clients, a Fleet & Transportation Management Solution Company in Jakarta, is looking for a Finance Operation Manager position with the qualifications below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Min 5. year of Proven Experience in Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.

• Strong in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection from Thousands of Transactions

• Strong Knowledge of Financial Systems, ERP tools, and Reporting Software.

• Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities with Attention to Detail.

• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Leadership, and Stakeholder Management Skills.

• Available for Placement in Central Jakarta and doing Business Trips.
